Ground Transform export

Does anyone know how to export the ground transform for the character? It's seems these are not exported. Well the main thing I want to do is export it so the death animation doesn't crash then engine. Currently I'm using a work around by changing any sequence called death to dead, however this appears to skip some functionality of the core code.

You see the issue is, if there is no ground tranformation, when the code runs the death1, death2 etc. anims then it can't find the ground transform to ray check with the ground and then crashes the engine.

I need to find out how to get this to work properly with Lightwave. Other users must have run into this problem yes? I mean people have exported death sequences successfully?

Just for legacy - grabbing the latest version - around July 2006 fixes this problem.
